We guarantee the quality of all our products. If you are unsatisfied in any way, we are happy to refund items that are returned to us within 28 days of delivery, in the same condition that it was received and with the tags still attached.

We can only provide an exchange if the item is available upon receipt of the return. Unfortunately, we cannot hold stock for an exchange. The quickest way to exchange your goods is to submit a new order online, the original order will be refunded on receipt of return.

We don’t currently have a returns option in place due to amended customs regulations.
Refunds – How long do I need to wait?
We aim to process returns in 5 working day’s, but during really busy periods we can get swamped and it may take up to 7 day’s so bear with us. Payments will be refunded back on to your original card or PayPal account, allow up to 4 working day's for the refund to clear. Please note that only the cost of the original item is refundable, this does not include the original shipping cost or any associated duties and taxes.
