Stan Ray was founded in Texas, in 1972, by Earl Ray Beard. Starting from the beginning as a family run business, which was named after Earl Ray’s first son, Stan.
Stan Ray workwear is known for their durable, high-quality utility style clothing, which during the 1980s began being sold in vintage markers across Japan.
For three generations, the Beard family have kept the legacy of the brand alive with honesty, quality and integrity. The brand still lives by the same moral code of grandpa Early Ray Beard: to make clothes that fit the purpose of having durable workwear that lasts year after year, and to have all of the clothes made in the U.S.A, so that quality control is in their hands.
Today, the workwear brand is best known for their Stan Ray Painter Pants and Fatigue Pants which have proven to be company classics.
