Style Guide — Spring Pants Feature

With the days *finally* getting longer and Spring just around the corner, the time to begin prepping for a new style season is now. With any luck in a few months we might finally have places to go, people to see and most importantly to showcase our lockdown purchases…
Here are five of our favourite trousers right now.
The Relaxed Ones
Don’t be fooled into thinking that these Barbour Rugby Pants are an average pair of navy trousers. Constructed from 100% cotton with a broken twill weave, these trousers were designed as part of Barbour’s latest White Label collection. Originally designed for the Japanese market, White Label prides itself on fusing premium styling with timeless British tradition.
Tapered leg, front and rear pockets and button fly, this pant offers the ultimate comfy pant without compromising style.

The Pink Ones
Carhartt’s latest SS21 collection is all about muted greens, blues and pinks and these Menson Pants are no exception. Constructed from 9.1oz ‘Urbana’ corduroy they are both heavyweight, but light enough to take you from Winter to Spring. Named after popular Spanish destination, the colourway ‘Malaga’, adds the perfect pop of colour to any outfit and might just keep those holiday blues on hold for a while longer (don’t quote us on that).
We also stock the matching cap if you consider yourself daring enough.

The Checked Ones
Part of Fred Perry’s authentic collection, these Fred Perry Check Trousers are the perfect inbetween, for days when the dress code calls for smart/casual. Constructed from classic prince of wales checked cotton, these pants are ideal for any Fred Perry enthusiast. Whilst we might not be back at the office just yet, wear these while out and about and you’ll be the envy of everyone at the local coffee shop.

The Climbing Ones
Originally designed in 1982, delivering all the features that climbers were looking for in a trouser, the Gramicci G-Pant has become a staple in many everyday wardrobes over the last few years. They are a loose and low fit, constructed entirely from 100% breathable cotton. To quote Gramicci ‘these outdoor life pants feature a crotch gusset that allows 180-degree splits’, perfect for the post-lockdown/arriving at the pub/doing the splits out of pure excitement kind of movements if you ask us!

The Cargo Ones
Whilst you might think cargo pants might scream ‘that's so 90’s’ Carhartt have got you covered with these Carhartt Cargo Jogger pant. Taking inspiration from the classic military cargo’s, the elasticated waist and cuffs bring a modern refresh to the pant. Made from robust 100% cotton ripstop, the pants are similar in silhouette to your favourite pair of sweatpants, but just different enough to make you feel like you’ve got dressed properly for the day.
Not forgetting a slew of new colours in your core classic Carhartt Sid pants and  Dickies 874 and 873 workwear pants
