RETURNS POLICY
Returns & Delivery Legal Statement
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order. To do so you must inform us in writing within 7 days from the day after receipt of your order to our Customer Services Department by emailing
orders (at) urbanexcess.com. Returning any item within 7 days will also be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or part of your order). Please quote your order number on all correspondence. Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 7 days post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the goods, Urban Excess will give you a refund of the amount paid or an exchange as required. If you return goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold. The contract in respect of sale of goods between UrbanExcess and you requires that you return the goods to Urban Excess on cancellation. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns & Exchanges
We guarantee the quality of all our products. If you are unsatisfied in any way, we are happy to refund items that are returned to us within 14 days of delivery, in the same condition that it was received and with the tags still attached.
In case of returning or exchanging items the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. If we have made a mistake with an item sent to you or it is faulty, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning.
Please note that underwear is non-returnable and that swimwear must have all labels and hygiene protectors intact.

I want to return an item
1. In order to save you time and ensure your refunds/exchanges are processed quickly and efficiently please use the returns form on the reverse of the dispatch note.
2. Send the item back with the completed returns form to:

3. When we have received the item and approved the return, we will refund the cost of the product back to your card. Please note that the original postage and return postage cost are not refundable.
In a case of exchange or return you will responsible for the item during transport/shipping.

Damage during transit
All packages we ship are insured. If the package and/or the content is damaged upon arrival, please report that to the courier when you receive it. If you notice any damages when you unpack, please contact us.
