The Ventair 504 flat cap's bill/visor made of a malleable plastic, so it can be curved for a better fit like a baseball cap. Here's a helpful hint when curving the bill/visor: Use a hair blow-dryer at a low heat setting and warm the plastic for about 15 seconds, shape and hold for another 30 seconds and voila! The bill/visor is sewn so no worries about snaps showing, or pulling apart.
